Desert Hunter
When light and fast is the name of the game, grab the Desert Hunter! The perfect system for all the small birds like Quail, Chukar, Grouse, Dove, and dog training. Instead of the Uplander’s bird bag with shoulder straps, the Desert Hunter utilizes a large collapsible pouch for smaller bird species.
The Desert Hunter is an extremely durable, lightweight, and modular hunting system. We utilize the MOLLE attachment system from the U.S. military. This makes it extremely easy to get a custom fit and to change the belt’s configuration based on the hunting you are doing.
The Desert Hunter starts with the laser-cut belt. We chose the 2" Cobra GT buckle because of its extreme durability. A traditional 2" side release just does not compare.
Then, you can either add two of our 8" small collapsible pouches, one double pocket pouch and one small pouch, or one small pouch and one, 12-round shotshell pouch (our small collapsible pouch opening is 8” length x 4" wide and 6" deep; it will hold one box of 12 gauge, 3" shells).
The large collapsible pouch measures 10” length x 5" wide when open and is 12" deep. This large collapsible pouch also works great when dog training for live pigeons or holding bumpers. It’s also handy for spent hulls at the range!
If you like suspenders, add our yoke shoulder harness for increased support.
The Desert Hunter is sewn in the USA with USA manufactured Cordura material. The Cobra GT buckle is also USA made!
